These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leads24 website and services, operated by Rivavya Create & Trade LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Leads24 provides verified lead generation and customer acquisition services, including the Pay Per Verified Lead (PPVL) model, white-label campaigns, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, volume, pricing, and timelines of any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal, quotation, or written agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By engaging us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to do so.

3. Lead verification & delivery

• Leads are delivered after passing our internal verification checks. "Verified" means a lead has been screened against the criteria agreed for your campaign.
• While we take care to verify interest, budget, and contact details, we do not guarantee that any verified lead will convert into a sale. Conversion depends on your own sales process, follow-up, pricing, and offering.
• Lead delivery formats and timelines are as agreed in your engagement (e.g. CRM, WhatsApp, email, or dashboard).

4. Replacement policy

If a delivered lead does not meet the verified criteria agreed for your campaign (for example, the contact is unreachable after reasonable attempts, denies any interest, or details are materially incorrect), you may report it within the agreed reporting window. Eligible leads will be reviewed and, where valid, replaced. Replacement is the primary remedy for lead-quality issues.

5. Fees & payment

• Fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are set out in your proposal or agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
• We may pause or suspend campaigns and lead delivery where payments are overdue.
• Except as expressly stated in the replacement policy, fees for delivered, verified leads are non-refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

• Use leads and data lawfully, including compliance with applicable telemarketing, communication, and data-protection laws.
• Provide accurate campaign information and timely feedback.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or misuse leads or any materials we provide.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Leads24 brand — is owned by or licensed to Rivavya Create & Trade LLP and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission. Campaign assets created for you are governed by your engagement agreement.

8. Third-party platforms

Our services may rely on third-party platforms (such as advertising and messaging providers). We are not responsible for the policies, availability, or actions of these third parties, and their use is subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business, arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a campaign shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that campaign.

10. Disclaimer

Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability or guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or conversion rates. Any figures shown in tools such as the ROI calculator are illustrative estimates, not commitments.

11. Termination

Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms in the applicable agreement. Provisions relating to payment for delivered services, intellectual property, and liability survive termination.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Nadiad / Kheda district, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the website or services after changes indicates acceptance.
